Wildlife and Pond Area

Over the past few months, Mr Whitworth and his team of Year 6 Nature Club members have worked incredibly hard transforming our pond and wildlife area. They have been busy clearing pathways, trimming low hanging branches, litter picking, making new paths, and generally making the area tidy and safe for all our pupils to enjoy in the Spring/Summer months.
The pond has had a revamp too - it has been cleared of weeds, cleaned, had a new lining put in and the observation platform has been lined with a non-slip mesh to ensure it is safe for everyone to use.
