Wentworth Primary School would like to say a big thank you to Jill Hipsey at The Maeldune Heritage Centre for providing the school with this wonderful Maldon and Saxon project pack.
The children will be able to learn about local history and The Battle of Maldon.
Thank you to Keith Bannister, a Governor and Grandparent at the school for purchasing this pack for the children.
Year Three children cover Viking’s and Saxons in their topic work each autumn term and this will be a helpful resource for the children for some years to come.
