We had a visit from the RT. HON. Mr Whittingdale, OBE – MP for Maldon. He met with the school council and junior pupils to discuss democracy. The pupils were able to ask Mr Whittingdale a variety of questions about his work as a local MP to help develop their understanding of democracy as a British value.
